As SPCores continues its global expansion, we are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company into its next growth phase. Position Overview We are seeking a highly strategic, charismatic, and growth-oriented CEO capable of leading SPCores’ international operations, leadership development, affiliate expansion, and long-term business strategy. The ideal candidate must have strong public speaking abilities and proven experience in affiliate, direct sales, community-driven, or network-based business models, with the ability to inspire and scale large leadership organizations internationally. This role requires a leader who understands community growth, duplication systems, leadership structures, event culture, and performance-based ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Lead SPCores’ global vision, operations, and expansion strategy Scale the international affiliate and leadership ecosystem Conduct public speaking sessions, trainings, webinars, and global events Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams and community structures Develop operational systems, KPIs, and scalable growth frameworks Represent SPCores in partnerships, conferences, and strategic opportunities Drive recruitment, retention, and engagement initiatives Work closely with founders and executive leadership teams Strengthen company culture, leadership, and organizational performance Mandatory Requirements Proven experience in affiliate, direct sales, community-driven, or network marketing industries Strong public speaking and presentation skills Experience leading and scaling large communities or sales organizations Previous executive leadership experience (CEO, COO, Director, or similar) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities Ability to travel internationally when required Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capabilities Fluent English required (Arabic is a plus) Preferred Qualifications Experience in Web3, fintech, digital platforms, or startup ecosystems Leadership training or motivational speaking background Business development and strategic partnership experience Experience scaling international organizations or ambassador ecosystems Strong understanding of performance-based business models What We Offer Opportunity to lead a fast-growing international ecosystem Performance-based compensation and executive incentives Long-term growth and leadership opportunities Dynamic and innovation-driven environment International exposure and strategic positioning Application Process To apply, please submit your application through LinkedIn with the following: Updated CV / Resume LinkedIn Profile Short introduction about your leadership background and experience Selected candidates will proceed to the executive evaluation and interview stages.
