Position Overview A reputed healthcare group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Consultant / Specialist Prosthodontist with American Board certification to join its dental team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive prosthodontic care, including complex restorative, implant-supported, and aesthetic dental treatments. Key Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive dental consultations, examinations, and treatment planning. • Diagnose and manage complex restorative and prosthodontic conditions. • Perform crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, and other fixed and removable prosthodontic procedures. • Provide implant-supported prosthetic restorations and full-mouth rehabilitation. • Manage patients with severely worn, damaged, or missing teeth. • Develop individualized treatment plans based on functional, aesthetic, and clinical requirements. • Coordinate with oral surgeons, periodontists, orthodontists, endodontists, and other dental specialists when required. • Perform occlusal assessment and appropriate bite rehabilitation. • Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-treatment care and follow-up. • Educate patients regarding treatment options, oral hygiene, maintenance, and expected outcomes. • Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. • Participate in clinical meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing professional development. • Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, clinical protocols, and professional standards.
Requirements • BDS/DDS/DMD or equivalent recognized dental degree. • American Board Certification in Prosthodontics or recognized equivalent. • Eligible for Consultant or Specialist Prosthodontist licensing in Dubai, subject to applicable UAE PQR requirements. • Relevant post-specialty clinical experience. • Strong expertise in complex restorative, aesthetic, and implant prosthodontics. • Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills. • Strong communication and patient-management abilities. • Previous experience in a reputed hospital, dental center, or healthcare group is preferred. • Commitment to evidence-based dentistry, patient safety, and high-quality clinical care.
