Overview We are seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and strategic decisionmaking. The role involves financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support management and investment decisions. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and business cases. Prepare management reports, variance analysis, and dashboards. Support strategic initiatives, investments, and business evaluations. Assist with M&A analysis, due diligence, and valuations (where applicable). Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior stakeholders. Support board and investor presentations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 1-4 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting. Strong financial modeling and Excel skills. Understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
