Executive Administrator (Chief of Staff Office to CEO)
Role overview
HR Executive cum Office Administrator responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes . Handling HR operations and Payroll activities and should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation. Manage the organizations employee database and prepare reports/personnel records by recording new hires, terminations, tracking leaves , sick and personal time. Reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions. Candidate should be capable of handling the jobs independently, flexible and having minimum 5 to 8 years relevant UAE experience will be considered. Female applicant and Arabic speaker is a must.
