Job Vacancy – Executive Assistant & HR Coordinator We are looking for a professional Executive Assistant & HR Coordinator to support management and oversee administrative and HR operations in Abu Dhabi. Job Responsibilities Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings Coordinating weekly meetings and preparing reports Handling employee files and contracts Monitoring visas, Emirates IDs, and employee renewals Managing attendance, leave, and staff records Coordinating with managers, accounting, and HR-related matters Following up on maintenance, purchases, and operational tasks Organizing administrative documents and reports Ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently Requirements Previous experience in administration or HR Strong organizational and follow-up skills Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple tasks professionally Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) Professional, trustworthy, and responsible personality Location: Abu Dhabi Employment Type: Full-time Salary: To be discussed based on experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Experience secretary: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
