Role overview
Finance Manager (Construction) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Prepare consolidated financial statements, annual budgets, and rolling cash flow forecasts – Manage project-level cost tracking and reporting for all active developments and builds – Oversee payroll processing, invoice approvals, and payment runs for both group entities – Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, VAT filings, and statutory obligations – Coordinate with external auditors, banking partners, and financial institutions – Develop and maintain financial feasibility models to support new project acquisitions – Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to highest performance standards REQUIREMENTS – Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics – CPA, ACCA, or CMA professional qualification (required) – Minimum 8 years of financial management experience in real estate or construction – Strong expertise in project accounting, cost control, and cash flow management – Proficiency in ERP accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) – Excellent analytical, leadership, and executive-level reporting skills Tags: No tags for this post.
