Job Details Country: UAE City: Dubai Industry: Consumer Goods Function: Sales Management Salary: 10000-14000 monthly (Market estimated) Gender: Any Candidate Nationality: Any Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities * Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to enhance conceptual selling skills and overall productivity. * Organize, staff, and deploy sales resources effectively to achieve sales goals and organizational excellence. * Develop and execute customer business plans to meet sales, market share, and in-store fundamentals targets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key Modern Trade accounts, clients, and distributors. * Negotiate and manage customer trading terms including pricing, payment terms, and trade funding. * Define and implement Route-to-Market strategies and detailed journey plans for sales executives. * Conduct regular store visits to provide on-the-job training, monitor execution, and resolve issues. * Track competitor activities and customer actions, communicating insights internally to support timely decision-making. * Oversee trade receivables collection to ensure compliance with agreed credit terms and standard operating procedures. * Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement. People Management * Provide structured training, coaching, and mentoring to support team development and career progression. * Set clear objectives and performance targets aligned with business goals. * Foster a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and results. Ideal Profile * Proven experience in Modern Trade FMCG sales with team leadership exposure. * Strong understanding of sales principles, account management, and relationship building. * Proficiency in CRM systems for managing client data and tracking sales activities. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple accounts effectively. * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive informed decisions.
