Ideal Profile * UAE National graduate from disciplines not previously categorized under business, engineering, science, or technology streams. * Medically fit according to job environment requirements. * Government clearance including certificate of good conduct from Ministry of Interior. * Successful completion of national service unless legally exempted. * Completion of ADNOC entry assessments and interviews. * Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a corporate Oil & Energy environment.
