Head of Business Development & Partnerships (B2B / Institutional Sales) Our client is a licensed fintech hiring a senior commercial leader to drive enterprise growth and strategic partnerships across the UAE. What you'll do: Win and grow large employer accounts (1,000+ employees); run complex sales cycles end-to-end Build and scale ecosystem partnerships (e.g., payroll/WPS adjacencies, exchange house-type partners) to accelerate pipeline and distribution Lead and coach a high-performing BD/sales team (~20), setting cadence, KPIs, and forecasting discipline Work cross-functionally (Sales, Product, Ops, Risk/Compliance) to ensure smooth onboarding and strong customer outcomes What we're looking for: Strong UAE enterprise/institutional sales track record and network; proven delivery against revenue targets Experience selling into payroll/WPS, fintech/financial services, HR/payroll SaaS (or similar regulated environments) Demonstrated ability to lead, scale, and motivate teams with structured pipeline management Commercially sharp: confident in negotiation, stakeholder management, and deal structuring Nice to have: Existing relationships across HR/Payroll/CFO orgs and/or relevant distribution partners Experience in B2B2C serving employee financial needs (salary accounts, remittances, savings, credit access, etc.) Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
