HR Administrator – Recruitment Job Summary Abu Alnaga Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator with a strong focus on recruitment to support our growing operations. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment activities while providing essential HR administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the full recruitment cycle: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Prepare offer letters and employment contracts Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires Support visa processing and employee documentation as required Maintain accurate HR records and employee files Assist with other HR administrative tasks and reports as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in HR Administration with hands-on recruitment experience Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet deadlines Prior experience in the UAE is preferred Tags: No tags for this post.
