Job Title:Human Resources Coordinator Salary: 7,000 – 8,000 AED Location: Dubai Overview:We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Coordinator to support and strengthen the HR function within a dynamic hospitality environment. This role will play a key part in driving recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations, while supporting future business growth and expansion.   Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Support onboarding and ensure employees are aligned with company culture and service standards. Act as a point of contact for employee relations, fostering a positive work environment. Oversee HR administration including contracts, visas, payroll coordination, and attendance. Ensure compliance with UAE laborlaws and maintain accurate employee records. Support training, performance management, and employee development initiatives. Monitor staffing levels and work closely with operations to ensure business continuity. Maintain HR systems and provide regular reporting on workforce metrics.   Requirements: 3–5+ years of HR experience within the UAE, preferably in hospitality. Strong knowledge of UAE laborlaw and HR processes. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
