Role Description Western Bainoona Group is seeking a full-time Human Resources Officer with a focus on Learning & Development (L+D) and Performance Management. Based on-site in Abu Dhabi, the role involves designing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing job description development, and driving learning and development initiatives. The position also focuses on performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering employee growth. Qualifications Expertise in HR Management and Human Resources, including a strong understanding of industry practices and standards. Experience in HR Policies development and ensuring compliance with organizational and legal requirements. Proficiency in Employee Relations and the ability to handle workplace dynamics effectively and professionally. Capability in Job Description Development to define roles and responsibilities accurately and comprehensively. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Proven ability to support learning and development initiatives and performance management systems. Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is a strong advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
