Requirements Responsibilities: • Provide expert medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU. • Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans. • Perform regular patient assessments and modify interventions as needed. • Mentor and support junior medical staff, fostering a learning environment. • Communicate effectively with patients’ families, offering updates and support. • Participate in research and quality improvement projects to enhance ICU care. Qualifications: • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a valid medical license. • Board certification in Critical Care Medicine or related specialty. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in intensive care settings. • Strong leadership, clinical decision-making, and communication skills. • Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Commitment to continuous professional development.
