Inventory Assistant - Warehouse Operations Dubai Position Overview We are looking for an Inventory Assistant to manage merchandise handling and support warehouse operations in Dubai. This role ensures smooth receiving, tagging, and delivery processes in line with company standards. Job Details Job Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Retail Function: Inventory / Warehouse Salary: 2500-3500 monthly (Market estimated) Gender: Any Candidate Nationality: Any Job Type: Full-time What You'll Do * Physically handle merchandise in and out of the warehouse as per the planogram, receiving, holding, and HVS rooms * Assist the inventory executive with merchandise receiving to speed up the process * Perform security tagging, shrink wrapping, and barcoding of items * Create gate passes for merchandise transactions when required * Follow checklists and company processes including staff discount policies and store opening/closing guidelines * Support delivery drivers for end-customer deliveries * Collect necessary documents from customers upon successful deliveries * Retrieve stock from suppliers and transport to the warehouse with complete documentation Ideal Profile * 6 months to 1 year of experience in inventory or warehouse management * Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary * Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Excel preferred * Strong focus on customer service, teamwork, and communication skills Why Join Us We offer a collaborative environment where you can grow your career in retail operations.
