Role overview
Technical Support Engineer Duties 1Responsible for the installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of energy storage systems on site. 2Address technical issues on-site in a timely manner to ensure reliable operation and minimize downtime. 3Provide technical support to customers, answer questions about the equipment, and deliver necessary training. 4Collaborate closely with the technical support team and R&D department to feedback on-field issues and suggest improvements. 5Continuously follow up on customer after-sales service requirements to improve customer satisfaction. 6Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company safety standards when performing any on-site work. Requirements: 1in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields. 2At least 3 years of experience in the power industry or with high/low voltage systems, with preference for those with energy storage experience. 3Hands-on experience with equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance, preferably familiar with energy storage systems. 4Solid understanding of electrical systems, particularly energy storage systems and their principles. 5 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, capable of working in high/low voltage environments. 6Excellent communication and customer service skills, able to work efficiently under pressure. 7 Relevant electrical or high voltage operation certifications are preferred. 8 Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to flexible working hours.
