About the Company Our client is an established, fast-growing retail and trading group in the UAE, serving customers across multiple branches with a strong focus on operational efficiency, data accuracy, and customer trust. As the business scales, they are strengthening their IT function and are looking to bring on a Junior Database Administrator to support the reliability and performance of their core business systems. The Role The Junior Database Administrator will support the day-to-day administration, monitoring, and maintenance of the company's databases and CRM systems, working closely with the IT team to ensure systems are secure, available, and performing well. This is a hands-on role suited to someone early in their career who is comfortable working with data, CRM platforms, and Excel in a live commercial environment. Key Responsibilities • Support administration, monitoring, and routine maintenance of company databases and CRM systems. • Maintain and update records within CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar), ensuring data accuracy and integrity. • Monitor database and CRM performance and data quality, escalating issues promptly. • Perform regular backups and assist with restore and disaster recovery testing. • Assist in implementing and maintaining database and CRM security, access controls, and user permissions. • Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, and dashboards for internal use. • Support data migration, import/export, and integration tasks between business systems. • Troubleshoot database and CRM-related issues in coordination with application and infrastructure teams. • Maintain accurate documentation of database and CRM configurations, procedures, and change logs. • Assist senior team members and IT management with system upgrades, patching, and process improvements.
Requirements Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in a database administration, CRM support, or systems support role. • Working knowledge of CRM systems required; experience with Salesforce or Zoho preferred. • Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data management). • SQL knowledge is not required. • Familiarity with Windows and/or general business software environments. • Strong attention to detail and a methodical, disciplined approach to data integrity and security. • Excellent to good English communication skills, written and verbal, required. • Open to all genders and all nationalities.
Benefits Base Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month + Benefits as Labour Law & Companies internal policies
