Kitchen Cabinets & Wardrobes Production Supervisor

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Production Supervisor with strong knowledge of kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and customized furniture manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supervising factory operations, managing production teams, ensuring product quality, and coordinating all stages of woodworking production from cutting to final finishing. The candidate must understand materials, machinery, technical drawings, production planning, installation requirements, and quality standards related to kitchen and wardrobe furniture manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Supervise, coordinate, and schedule daily activities of factory workers and machine operators Manage production processes for kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, vanities, and custom wood furniture Read and understand technical drawings, shop drawings, and cutting lists Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules Monitor woodworking machines, edge banding, cutting, assembly, polishing, and finishing processes Ensure product quality meets company standards and project specifications Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce waste Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams Requisition materials and monitor stock requirements Train workers on factory procedures, machine operation, and safety standards Oversee employee performance and recommend hiring, promotions, or disciplinary actions when required Ensure proper maintenance and safe use of factory equipment and machinery Enforce workplace safety policies and company regulations Prepare production reports, progress updates, and quality reports Set daily, weekly, and monthly production objectives and communicate them clearly to employees Check production output according to specifications and deadlines Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently Requirements Minimum 5–10 years of experience in kitchen cabinet and wardrobe manufacturing Strong knowledge of woodworking processes, materials, hardware, and factory machinery Experience supervising carpenters, machine operators, assemblers, and polish workers Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production plans Knowledge of MDF, plywood, laminate, veneer, acrylic, melamine, and solid wood materials Familiarity with panel saws, edge banders, drilling machines, and finishing equipment Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of health and safety regulations in woodworking factories Problem-solving and team management skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for reporting, planning, and production tracking Ability to communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and project teams Strong planning and coordination skills for factory operations and project schedules Preferred Qualifications Experience in GCC/UAE furniture manufacturing industry preferred Diploma or technical certification in woodworking, carpentry, production, or related field Experience in custom-made furniture production is an advantage Skills Production supervision Factory operations management Quality control Team leadership Time management Production planning Technical drawing interpretation Safety management Problem-solving Inventory and material management Employment Type Full-Time Location Sharjah / UAE Salary To be discussed based on experience.
