Lifting Supervisor

The Lifting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating lifting operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices. The successful candidate will have a strong background in lifting operations and experience in a supervisory role.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in lifting operations, preferably in the construction industry. • Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of lifting operators. • Extensive knowledge of various lifting techniques and equipment, including cranes, hoists, and rigging. • Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in lifting operations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and lifting plans. • Certifications in lifting, such as CPCS or NPORS, are highly preferred. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Good physical condition and ability to work in demanding and challenging environments. • Strong commitment to safety and quality.
