JOB TITLE Manager, Product Marketing | MAF Global Solutions | Customer Solutions - UAE ROLE SUMMARY The Product Marketing Manager – PAY will drive marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for SHARE’s financial services products, including payments and credit cards. The role focuses on customer insights, product positioning, and cross-functional collaboration to increase member engagement, adoption, and growth in a fast-paced environment. ROLE PROFILE Lead go-to-market strategies for new SHARE financial products and partnerships, ensuring full-funnel marketing execution and market awareness. Develop product positioning, value propositions, messaging, packaging, and customer lifecycle communications to drive adoption and retention. Create data-driven marketing strategies and briefs using customer insights, market trends, and competitor analysis. Coordinate and oversee cross-functional campaign execution across ATL, BTL, CRM, digital, automation, and in-app channels. Ensure launch readiness by managing assets, customer journeys, compliance approvals, stakeholder alignment, and campaign performance tracking. Own the lifecycle marketing strategy for existing financial products, focusing on awareness, engagement, usage growth, retention, and customer stickiness. Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and product metrics to identify growth opportunities, optimize conversion funnels, and improve ROI. Manage product marketing KPIs, budgets, partner relationships, and collaboration with Finance, BI, Product, CX, and business teams to drive revenue growth and business objectives. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Marketing (Master's preferred) with 8–9+ years of Product or Growth Marketing experience, including end-to-end GTM launches; experience in loyalty, financial services, payments, credit cards, and customer analytics is highly preferred Data-driven and analytical mindset, leveraging customer insights, analytics, and performance metrics to inform decisions. High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective teamwork and relationship building. Strong collaborator experienced in working across diverse, international, and matrixed organizations with multiple cross-functional teams. Self-driven and results-oriented professional with strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify and influence complex topics.
