Managing Director – Real Estate Brokerage (Dubai)

Mighthouse Realty is seeking an experienced Russian-speaking Managing Director to lead overall operations and drive organizational excellence. This role focuses on building structure, ensuring performance, maintaining compliance, and supporting sustainable business growth in Dubai’s competitive real estate market. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments Develop, implement, and enforce company policies, procedures, and performance standards Establish a strong operational framework with clear accountability Monitor company performance, KPIs, and reporting systems Ensure full compliance with UAE real estate regulations Lead, mentor, and support department heads to achieve strategic objectives Drive operational efficiency and long-term business growth Requirements Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or CEO in real estate Mandatory: Dubai real estate experience Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills In-depth understanding of brokerage operations, compliance, and business structure Demonstrated ability to build systems, processes, and high-performing teams Fluency in English and Russian (required) What We Offer Competitive salary package based on experience Full benefits in accordance with UAE labor law High-impact leadership role within a growing company Stable and professional working environment.
