Role overview
We are seeking a dedicated MEL Officer to support the monitoring, reporting, evaluation, and learning functions of the Confidential program. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting evidence-based decision-making by maintaining indicators, data systems, and reporting processes that strengthen program effectiveness and accountability. You will work closely with the Senior MEL Manager to embed MEL requirements into program design, assist in performance monitoring, and coordinate evaluation logistics. The ideal candidate will be adept at maintaining dashboards, contributing to transparent reporting, and facilitating the dissemination of lessons learned across programs.
Requirements
11 3 Years Of Experience In Monitoring And Evaluation In Global Health Or Development
2Working Knowledge Of Qualitative And Quantitative Research Methods
3Strong Administrative And Team Working Skills
4Experience Supporting M&E Activities With Implementing Partners
5Research Institutions
6Or Multilaterals
7Proficiency In Data Collation And Presentation For Evidence Based Recommendations
8Excellent Communication And Reporting Skills For Technical And Non Technical Audiences
9Fluency In Arabic
10UAE National Preferred.
