Role Overview We are seeking a high-impact Operations Manager with proven experience in luxury, wellness, hospitality, or premium service industries . This role demands a strong leader who has managed senior managers and cross-functional teams , ensuring seamless operations, exceptional service standards, and scalable business growth. You will be the driving force behind operational excellence , responsible for building structure, enforcing accountability, and elevating Blaura’s service delivery to world-class standards. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and manage department heads and senior managers , ensuring alignment with company vision and KPIs Build a culture of ownership, discipline, and high performance Drive accountability across teams with clear performance metrics and regular reviews Operational Excellence Design and implement SOPs, systems, and processes to ensure consistency across all operations Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring luxury-level customer experience at every touchpoint Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and proactively implement improvements Business Performance & Strategy Monitor and drive revenue, cost control, and profitability Collaborate with leadership on scaling strategies and expansion plans Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies Client Experience & Brand Standards Ensure exceptional client journeys aligned with premium/luxury expectations Maintain and elevate brand standards, ambience, and service quality Handle high-profile clients and critical escalations with professionalism Cross-functional Coordination Work closely with HR, marketing, finance, and business teams to ensure smooth execution Ensure all departments operate in synchronization and efficiency Key Requirements 8–12+ years of experience in operations, preferably in luxury wellness, hospitality, high-end retail, or premium service sectors Proven track record of managing senior managers / department heads Strong exposure to scaling operations and setting up structured processes Exceptional leadership presence with the ability to command respect and drive results Deep understanding of luxury customer experience and service excellence Highly analytical with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Experience in UAE/GCC market is highly preferred What We’re Looking For A no-nonsense operator who brings structure, discipline, and execution Someone who can handle pressure, manage strong personalities, and drive outcomes A leader who doesn’t just manage but builds, scales, and transforms operations Job Type: Permanent Work Location: In person
