UAE Based Applicants Only Tele Sales Representative (Hindi Speakers) Salary : AED 3000 + Performance Incentives Availability : Immediate Joiners Only Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: Handle high-volume outbound calling with confidence and consistency to reach target customers. Persuade and influence potential clients using strong pitch delivery and objection-handling skills. Identify customer needs quickly and match them with suitable products/services to maximize conversions. Maintain follow-up routines with warm leads to ensure timely closures and sustained engagement. Record all customer interactions in the CRM accurately to maintain clear sales pipelines. Build rapport with customers by maintaining a positive, energetic, and professional tone during calls. Manage call time efficiently while maintaining quality and productivity throughout the shift. Convert inquiries into successful sales by applying tele sales techniques and structured selling approaches. Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls to potential customers Maintain strong product and service knowledge Convert new leads into active clients as per regulations Assist clients with account opening and first deposit Achieve and exceed sales targets Requirements: Fluent Hindi speakers only 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, BPO, or sales Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Good problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach Benefits: 1-week product training AED 3000 basic salary + Performance incentives Work visa provided Career development and growth opportunities Human Resource Team
