We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Managing Director. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director Coordinate and arrange travel, meetings, and business appointments Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive information Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations Requirements: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant Prior experience in a fit-out or construction company is mandatory Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
