WE ARE HIRING – PIZZA & COLD KITCHEN CHEF DE PARTIE 👨🍳 Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is looking for an experienced and skilled Pizza & Cold Kitchen Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.
Requirements Position: Pizza & Cold Kitchen Chef de Partie Requirements: • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in pizza and/or cold kitchen operations • Good knowledge and expertise in pizza preparation, dough handling, toppings, sauces, salads, appetizers, and cold kitchen items • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation • Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards • Ability to maintain consistent food quality and portion control • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment • Team player with a positive and professional attitude
