Role overview

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Consultant / Specialist Plastic Surgeon with UK CCT to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide high-quality surgical and aesthetic care, perform a range of reconstructive and cosmetic procedures, and contribute to excellent patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Assess, diagnose, and manage patients requiring plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery. • Perform surgical procedures in accordance with approved clinical standards and patient needs. • Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-up. • Develop individualized treatment plans and clearly explain procedures, risks, and expected outcomes to patients. • Maintain accurate and timely medical records. • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary clinical teams. • Ensure compliance with Dubai healthcare regulations, clinical protocols, and patient-safety standards. • Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement, and continuing professional development. • Maintain professional standards and patient confidentiality at all times.

Requirements Requirements • UK CCT in Plastic Surgery or an equivalent recognized qualification. • Eligible for DHA Specialist or Consultant licensing , subject to applicable PQR requirements. • Relevant post-specialization clinical experience. • Strong surgical, diagnostic, and patient-management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Valid professional registration/license in the relevant jurisdiction. • Experience in cosmetic and/or reconstructive procedures will be an advantage.
