Core Responsibilities Operations: Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food and beverage presentation. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor staff to deliver outstanding customer service. Financial Management: Track sales, manage budgets, control costs, and optimize inventory to maximize profitability. Guest Relations: Interact with patrons, gather feedback, and promptly resolve any complaints to build customer loyalty. Compliance: Enforce food safety, hygiene, and local licensing regulations across the premises.
