Role overview
Excellence Driving Institute is actively hiring experienced and patient Driving Instructors to train new learners, conduct yard assessments, and ensure high RTA pass rates across our Dubai centers. Core Responsibilities: Deliver practical driving lessons in dual-control vehicles according to strict RTA curriculum standards. Evaluate student progress during internal yard tests and prepare them for final government road assessments. Maintain absolute safety protocols inside the vehicle to prevent accidents during live Dubai traffic training. Complete daily electronic progress reports for each assigned student using the internal tracking tablets. Mandatory Requirements: Licensing: Must possess a valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License for at least 3 consecutive years. Record: A flawless traffic history with zero black points and a cleared Dubai Police background check. Language: Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Urdu, Hindi, or Arabic is highly preferred.
