You will set up containerized environments, test real-world open-source projects, and collaborate with researchers to create robust evaluation datasets for AI models. What You'll Do * Analyze and triage GitHub issues from trending repositories. * Configure development environments using Docker and manage CI/CD workflows. * Evaluate code quality, conduct unit test coverage checks, and validate fixes. * Modify and run complex codebases to test LLMs in real scenarios. * Work closely with researchers to select repositories and define benchmark tasks. * Optionally mentor junior engineers on assigned projects. Ideal Profile * 3-4 years of hands-on Rust backend development experience. * Strong knowledge of Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. * Ability to debug and run large-scale, real-world codebases. * Familiarity with GitHub workflows and issue triaging processes. * Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in remote work environments.
