Location: United Arab Emirates Location: Dubai Industry: Information Technology (IT) Function: Sales Salary: 20000-30000 monthly (Market estimated) Gender: Any Candidate Nationality: Any Candidate Preferred Location: Any Job Type: Full-time Core Duties * Generate qualified leads and acquire new enterprise accounts for Pro-AV and automation products * Build and manage strategic client relationships with consistent engagement to ensure satisfaction and retention * Assess client needs, prepare tailored proposals, and deliver professional solution presentations * Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring alignment with company standards and profitability goals * Manage sales execution, delivery, and installation of products and solutions to ensure client satisfaction * Provide after-sales support and promptly resolve issues to maintain service excellence * Track sales performance metrics and refine strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets * Collaborate with internal procurement, marketing, technical, and finance teams to optimize operations * Stay updated on industry developments through training and professional networking Candidate Profile * Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering, business, or related field * 6-7 years of sales experience in Pro-Audiovisual or home automation solutions * Strong knowledge of AV systems, home automation technologies, control software, cloud, and networking * Proven record of selling solutions to clients in sectors such as hospitality, retail, education, or government * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage * Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven attitude * Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales management tools * Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed Why Join Us This role provides the opportunity to lead sales initiatives for cutting-edge Pro-Audiovisual and home automation technologies in Dubai.
