Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive with a chemical background to join our team. The ideal candidate will support sales operations, manage customer interactions, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the sales team to support daily operations Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on orders Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation Track orders and ensure timely processing and delivery Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow Build and maintain strong client relationships Requirements: Degree in Chemical Engineering is mandatory Prior experience in sales coordination or sales preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Salary: To be discussed during the interview, based on experience and qualifications Location: Sharjah , UAE Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
