Sales Manager – Medical Clinic Location: Dubai Glow Up Clinic is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a medical clinic, aesthetic clinic, hospital, or healthcare center . Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience in handling patient inquiries, consultations, and treatment sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team. Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting. Important: Applicants without experience in a medical clinic or healthcare facility will not be considered. Responsibilities: Manage and lead the clinic sales team. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue. Monitor leads, conversions, and sales performance. Ensure excellent patient experience and follow-up.
