Sales & Operations Coordinator – KSA
Role overview
Responsible for supporting ASM’s aviation services operations in Riyadh, handling administrative and operational tasks, coordinating with government entities, assisting in airport-related activities, and supporting sales initiatives. This role ensures smooth business processes while contributing to ASM’s growth and client satisfaction. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities: • Manage daily administrative tasks and company paperwork. • Coordinate with government entities to complete approvals, licenses, and documentation. • Support airport operations, including ground handling and on-site requirements. • Assist in sales activities, client communications, and business development initiatives. • Maintain accurate operational records and reports. • Liaise between internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. • Monitor and track ongoing tasks, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met. • Provide input on operational improvements and efficiency initiatives. Requirements: • Saudi National. • Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, operations, or sales (aviation industry experience preferred). • Knowledge of government procedures and aviation regulations is a plus. • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Completion of a Bachelor’s degree (business administration, aviation, or related field preferred). • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Fluent in English (verbal and written). OPERATIONAL DEMANDS Must be flexible to work as needed and support airport operations, including occasional off-hours tasks.
