Employee Relations & WelfareManage employee grievances and disciplinary actionsEnsure smooth handling of employee relations issuesOversee welfare initiatives for site-based and diverse workforceMaintain a positive and compliant work environment4. Operations & PayrollOversee attendance tracking and leave managementCoordinate with finance for accurate payroll processingEnsure proper calculation of:OvertimeEnd-of-service benefitsMaintain employee records and HR documentation5.
