Role overview
Key Responsibilities HR Operations Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth functioning of HR processes Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management Payroll & Benefits Manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement Handle employee benefits administration in line with UAE labor law Coordinate with finance for payroll reconciliation and reporting Attendance & Leave Management Monitor and manage employee attendance, timekeeping, and leave records Ensure accurate tracking of working hours, overtime, and leave balances Compliance & Audit (ADHICS) Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi Healthcare Information and Cyber Security (ADHICS) standards Support preparation and handling of HR-related audits and documentation Maintain audit-ready HR records and ensure adherence to internal and external requirements Employee Relations Address employee queries and provide HR support and guidance Assist in handling disciplinary matters and conflict resolution Reporting & Documentation Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and metrics as required Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for HR records Experience: ADHICS Audits: 1 year (Preferred) Healthcare/Hospital : 5 years (Required) License/Certification: UAE Driving License (Required) Work Location: In person
