Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to handle industrial mechanical projects across Saudi Arabia. The role will be responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and technical supervision of mechanical projects within industrial plants. Job Details • Position: Senior Mechanical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer • Experience: 8–9 years • Office Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia • Site Location: Various project sites across Saudi Arabia • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Key Responsibilities • Review project specifications, scope of work, PFDs, P&IDs, GA drawings, layouts, and fabrication drawings. • Prepare material take-offs, BOMs, purchase requisitions, and technical submittals. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, procurement teams, and multidisciplinary engineering teams. • Supervise site fabrication, equipment erection, and related civil-interface works. • Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, work progress, and subcontractor performance. • Review vendor drawings, technical offers, equipment specifications, and fabrication documentation. • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, and quality requirements. • Resolve site technical issues and manage design or field modifications through approved procedures. • Prepare method statements, inspection requests, progress reports, punch lists, as-built drawings, and O&M documentation. • Coordinate mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and final project handover.

Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 8+ years of experience in mechanical design and project execution. Strong experience in industrial mechanical projects and site execution. Proficiency in: • AutoCAD • SolidWorks • Autodesk Inventor Strong technical project documentation skills.
