Senior Product Manager

My client is looking for a Senior Product Lead, to own end-to-end product strategy and execution across a complex, multi-stakeholder platform. This is a hands-on leadership role for a senior product professional with strong B2B SaaS experience and exposure to consumer platforms, who can simplify complexity and deliver scalable, user-first products. The Role You will work closely with founders, engineering, design, sales, partnerships, and compliance to turn a sophisticated platform (brands, consumers, rewards, payouts, partners) into a seamless product experience. While the platform leverages Web3 infrastructure, the focus is on delivering Web2-first user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities Balance short-term GTM needs with long-term platform strategy Lead product delivery from discovery through launch and iteration Define PRDs, user stories, and success metrics Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality releases Design user experiences that abstract Web3 complexity Define and track core product KPIs (activation, conversion, retention) Act as the single source of truth for product decisions across teams Requirements: 8-12+ years in Product Management or Product Leadership Strong experience in B2B SaaS platforms and/or consumer-facing products Proven track record delivering complex products at scale Excellent communication skills and comfort operating in ambiguity Nice to Have: Experience with fintech, payments, rewards, or incentive systems Exposure to Web3 / crypto infrastructure Experience working in compliance-driven environments Previous founder-led or early-stage experience Mindset: Product-first, user-obsessed, commercially minded Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on High ownership, low ego *** Only successful candidates will be contacted *** Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
