Site Supervisor
Role overview
Job Summary The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily property operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, facilities management, maintenance, and client service delivery. The role supervises third-party service providers (TPSPs), ensures compliance with SLAs and KPIs, and supports smooth operational execution across the property. Key Responsibilities Operations & Site Management Conduct daily inspections and site walkthroughs. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports and checklists. Coordinate event setups and operational requirements as per client requests. Manage shift handovers and respond to client inquiries. Support rotational shift schedules (morning, afternoon, night). Facilities & Contractor Supervision Supervise TPSPs across Housekeeping, F&B, Security, Laundry, Transport, Soft FM (Landscape), and Hard FM (Civil, MEP, IT). Ensure compliance with Scope of Work (SOW), KPIs, and SLAs. Monitor contractor performance and staff deployment. Report and track maintenance and repair works. Prepare snagging lists for pre/post events and pre-opening activities. Asset & Compliance Management Monitor asset inventory, storage, and movement. Maintain asset records and report discrepancies. Ensure compliance with HSE, security standards, and food safety regulations (EFST/ADAFSA). Oversee waste management and preventive maintenance schedules. Documentation & Training Assist in preparing and reviewing SOPs. Provide operational guidance and training to service providers. Submit operational updates to management as required. Qualifications Education: Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management, or related field. Experience: Experience in Hospitality, Leisure, Tourism, or Facilities Management. Experience managing third-party contractors preferred. Knowledge & Skills: Facilities Management (Soft & Hard FM) Housekeeping and hospitality operations Asset and maintenance supervision Food safety standards Strong communication and interpersonal skills Multitasking and problem-solving ability Attention to detail and adaptability
