Talentspoc is urgently seeking a Specialist Nephrologist for immediate hiring to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide expert diagnosis and treatment of kidney diseases, delivering high-quality care to patients with acute and chronic renal conditions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex nephrological cases, coordinating dialysis treatment, and educating patients about kidney health and disease management. Key Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnose renal disorders. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with kidney diseases. • Manage dialysis and other renal replacement therapies. • Provide patient education on disease progression, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications. • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. • Participate in clinical research and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. • Completed residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Nephrology. • Board certification or eligibility in Nephrology. • Valid medical license to practice. • Minimum 3 years of experience preferred. • Strong clinical skills in diagnosis and management of kidney diseases. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Commitment to patient-centric care and continuous learning. • Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
