About the Role Join our Student Services team as a Student Success Manager and help maintain our 94%+ placement rate while supporting students from diverse backgrounds across 60+ countries. You'll guide students through their academic journey from enrollment to graduation and career placement. Key Responsibilities Student Onboarding: Welcome new students, conduct orientation sessions, and ensure smooth program commencement Academic Support: Monitor student progress, identify at-risk students, and coordinate with faculty for academic interventions Career Guidance: Connect students with our 30+ industry mentors and 20+ corporate partners for internships and placements Documentation Management: Assist with university documentation, credential attestation, and international qualification processes Student Communications: Maintain regular contact with students, address concerns, and facilitate peer connections Data Analytics: Track student engagement metrics, completion rates, and career outcomes Crisis Management: Provide support during academic or personal challenges affecting student success Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field 2-4 years experience in student services, academic advising, or customer success Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages preferred) Understanding of international education systems and credential recognition Experience with CRM systems and student information systems Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse international populations Preferred Qualifications Experience with graduate-level programs (Master's/Doctorate) Knowledge of Middle East, European, or African education markets Career counseling or placement experience Familiarity with online education platforms Project management certification Languages: Arabic, Spanish, French, or other relevant languages Key Competencies Empathy & Patience: Supporting students through academic and personal challenges Problem-Solving: Creative solutions for student success and retention Cultural Awareness: Understanding diverse backgrounds and educational systems Data-Driven: Using analytics to improve student outcomes Collaboration: Working effectively with faculty, partners, and external organizations What We Offer Competitive salary with performance bonuses Impact-driven role with measurable student success outcomes International work environment with global student community Professional development in education and student services Flexible remote work with occasional travel opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Annual student success conference attendance
