Student Supervisor
Role overview
We are seeking a caring and proactive Student Supervisor to support students’ academic, social, and emotional well-being and help maintain a positive learning environment across the school. Key Responsibilities Support student behaviour and well-being in classrooms and shared spaces Assist teachers with classroom management and student learning Supervise students during breaks, lunchtime, after-school activities, and events Provide small group or one-to-one academic support as directed Work collaboratively with staff to promote a positive school culture Essential Criteria Experience working with children or young people Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage behaviour calmly and positively Commitment to student welfare and safeguarding Ability to work effectively as part of a team Desirable Criteria Experience in a school or educational setting Relevant qualifications or training in education, childcare, or youth work Safeguarding Statement We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
