Role overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive L1 Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing frontline technical assistance to our clients/customers. Your primary objective will be to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Respond to incoming support requests and inquiries from clients/customers. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. Provide step-by-step technical guidance and solutions to resolve customer problems. Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or appropriate internal teams. Document support interactions and solutions in the ticketing system or CRM. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or IT services environment. Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) , firewall (FortiGate) and basic networking support. Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and application issues. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality support services. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus. Experience with cloud platforms or virtualization technologies is advantageous. Experience with firewalls is required. UAE valid Driving License is a plus. Requirements

1Bachelor’S Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field (Or Equivalent Work Experience).
2Proven Experience In A Technical Support Role, Preferably In A Software Or IT Services Environment.
3Strong Knowledge Of Operating Systems (Windows, Linux) And Networking Concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) , Firewall (FortiGate) And Basic Networking Support.
4Experience Troubleshooting Hardware, Software, And Application Issues.
5Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written.
