Role overview

Job Discribtion: A store manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include doing monthly inventory ,managing operation staff,overseeing dispatch . motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, developing promotional material, and training new staff. Also known as a store supervisor.

  1. Salary : 5000-7000AED
  2. Health insurance will be provided after intern;
  3. 1-1.5day off weekly ,National holidays ;
  4. Work location : Dubai Job responsibility: Conduct radom and monthly inventory checking to ensure the actual stock is in compliance with ERP system. Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results. Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing report with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. Conducting inbound&outbound effectively .(make sure store cargo in an tidy and right way, knowing how to conduct zone/partition management ) Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment. Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers.reporting store inventory status to GM and cpoy to sales manager. Provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff and utilize cross-training methods to maintain productivity when employees are absent. Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control. Deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development. Respond to customer complaints and comments. Update colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues. initiate changes to improve the business, e.g. revising opening hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local market. Job requirements
  5. College degree or above, 2 years of experience in warehouse management in the Fruit & Vegetable line,especially in the fresh food industry.
  6. Possess strong data analysis and execution abilities;
