Warehouse Supervisor
Role overview
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. Manage and monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and periodic stock audits. Coordinate with procurement, sales, and accounts teams to ensure smooth material flow. Maintain accurate warehouse records, GRNs, delivery notes, and stock reports. Lead and manage warehouse staff, assign duties, and ensure productivity targets are met. Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and company SOPs. Experience in auto parts or spare parts warehouses will be an added advantage. Ability to handle ERP / inventory management systems efficiently. Strong communication skills in English; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Dubai preferred.
