Key responsibilities
- 01Attending to Inspection Requests (IR’s) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
- 02Review submitted shop drawings.
- 03Ensure compliance of with the architectural design intent, contract specifications, and drawings.
- 04Carry out site inspections when necessary.
- 05Monitor and supervise the work of contractors every day activities.
- 06Report on deficiency corrections on site in relation to the architecture.
- 07Associate’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering or a related field.
