  • 01Attending to Inspection Requests (IR’s) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
  • 02Review submitted shop drawings.
  • 03Ensure compliance of with the architectural design intent, contract specifications, and drawings.
  • 04Carry out site inspections when necessary.
  • 05Monitor and supervise the work of contractors every day activities.
  • 06Report on deficiency corrections on site in relation to the architecture.
  • 07Associate’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering or a related field.
  • 08Must have worked for a recognised design consultancy company previously as opposed to contractors
