  • 01Position Title: Facility Rental Manager

  • 09Must have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate Management, or any related field.
  • 10Cold Stone Leasing Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 20K SAR all
  • 11Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial property leasing, preferably within 3PL cold storage or logistics facilities.
  • 12Strong knowledge of Saudi tenancy laws, SFDA requirements, and HACCP compliance is an advantage.
