Legal Consultant

  • 01Provide legal advice on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters
  • 02Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents

Required qualifications

  • ✔ Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • ✔ Extensive legal expertise with a strong grasp of UAE laws and regulations
  • ✔ Proven experience in contract negotiation and legal document drafting
  • ✔ Strong legal research and analytical skills to assess risks and provide sound legal opinions
  • ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
  • ✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic legal team
  • ✔ A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Legal Counsel, including at least 2 years specifically in a Legal Counsel role (excluding administrative or paralegal work) within the UAE.
Preferred qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Law or relevant specialization (preferred).
