Legal Consultant

- — ✔ Extensive legal expertise with a strong grasp of UAE laws and regulations
- — ✔ Proven experience in contract negotiation and legal document drafting
- — ✔ Strong legal research and analytical skills to assess risks and provide sound legal opinions
- — ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
- — ✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic legal team
- — ✔ A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Legal Counsel, including at least 2 years specifically in a Legal Counsel role (excluding administrative or paralegal work) within the UAE.
