- 01Provide legal guidance related to energy regulations, environmental laws, and compliance obligations in the energy sector.
- 02Negotiate and draft a variety of complex agreements, including joint ventures, supply contracts, and project financing documents.
- 03Assess legal risks associated with projects and provide recommendations to mitigate those risks.

- 09Advise on complex legal and business matters to solve a multitude of challenges across the company, including in the compliance and regulatory space
- 10Assist in building infrastructure and processes to optimally deliver legal support in a scalable manner
