Contracts Manager

Key responsibilities
  • 01Based contracts. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • 02Support client Section Heads and Engineers in administering a Roads O&M Performance
  • 03Based contract including setting the program of works, work inspection regime, managing technical and contractual discussions, review and approve monthly invoices.
  • 04Management of commercial and project contract function.
  • 05Administration of the main contract.
  • 06Compliance with contract notice
  • 07end contract lifecycle management, from drafting and negotiation to execution and closure. 4.Manage and maintain accurate records for all contract
  • 08related inquiries and dispute resolution. 10.Ensure adherence to established procedures and best practices throughout the contract management process.
