Key responsibilities
  • 01Support QIC Legal in drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts related to operational company setups, including joint ventures, partnerships, and management agreements.
  • 02Support QIC Legal in crafting legal strategy for the establishment of the operating companies within Qiddiya.
  • 03Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of legal strategies with business objectives.
  • 04Follow regulatory and compliance issues as they relate to Asset Management operations.
  • 05Coordinate with QIC Legal in addressing potential legal risks, and work with QIC Legal in crafting strategies to mitigate them, ensuring a reliable framework for compliance.
  • 06Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed, ensuring effective execution of legal services.
  • 07Stay abreast of legal developments that may impact the Asset Management and entertainment sectors in the MENA region.
  • 08Support preparation of legal documentation and reports for the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
  • 09Administer training for internal AM team on legal and compliance matters relevant to Asset Management.
  • 10Applications closing on 3rd March 2026.
  • 11Develop and execute regional business strategy aligned with global corporate objectives
  • 12Drive revenue growth and identify new business opportunities
Required qualifications
  • Bachelors degree
  • 5+ years in a role within a corporate structure with paralegal responsibilities
  • Experience working in international environments, particularly within the MENA region
  • 10 years of senior leadership experience
  • Proven experience in the UAE/GCC market
  • Strong knowledge of local business regulations and market dynamics
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience within real estate Asset Management sector is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
